Obviously I could not have sold the condo at the price and conditions that were obtained without your help. You both went above and beyond … you have been there over the years when I had questions or to give advice on the market when I was considering selling. Your advice has always been right-on, and I never doubted who I would ask to take care of the sale of the condo.
 
Throughout the sales process, you were just great … coordinating the work that needed to be done, communicating and negotiating with the potential buyers, contacting and coordinating with the property management company and the tenant, and being there all the way through the closing.  I know I am not the easiest of clients … being so far away, but you were patient and understanding – really, thank you!  I can’t express how much I appreciate the humanity and kindness that you show.  And taking on the coordination of work with contractors and coordinating with the current tenant – that was really above and beyond – just exceptionnal.  You took so much burden off of my shoulders.  I want you to know that I recognize that, and that it does not go unappreciated.
